INSTRUCTIONS

1. Fill a highball glass with ice.

2. Pour ginger beer and lime juice into the glass.

3. Slowly pour Ron Beard Rockers Overproof Rum over the back of a spoon to create a layered effect.

4. Stir gently to combine.

5. Garnish with a lime wedge.
